Setting up regular payments

  • Bank standing order

    When arranging bank standing orders for your regular payments, please keep the following tips in mind:

    1. Verify if any bank transfer charges apply.

    2. Make payments to: Zurich International Life Limited.

    3. Utilize the Zurich bank account details specific to your country of residence.

    4. Include the following in your payment instruction:

    - Your complete name

    - Your policy number

    After completing the payment instruction, please email us a copy of it along with your account details. We will update the payment information and allocate your premiums upon receipt. If you need to make any modifications to your standing order in the future, you can directly manage this with your bank.

  • Direct debit

    Premiums are conveniently collected automatically based on your instructions, ensuring that you never miss a payment.

    • Easily set up direct debit from your UAE bank account or credit card using your online banking platform.
    • Alternatively, complete the provided form and submit the original copy to your financial professional or directly to us.
      If you require assistance in filling out the form, refer to this helpful guide.
    • The setup process typically takes up to seven working days once we forward the form to your bank.

    Country flags_UKFor GBP sterling policies, here are some tips to set up your direct debit:

    • Use your online banking platform to establish a direct debit from your UK bank account.
    • Alternatively, complete the UK Direct Debit mandate provided in the form and send us the original. We will then directly set up the UK Direct Debit with your bank.

    The setup process typically takes up to seven working days after we submit the form to your bank.

     
  • Credit / debit card
    • Our automated card collections are compatible with all Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
    • To begin making payments using your card, simply log in to your Zurich Online account and navigate to the "Manage your policy" section to add or modify your card details. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Premiums will be collected on your preferred date or the next available card collection date.

     
  • Cheques

    One alternative payment method is through post-dated cheques, with a maximum of 12 cheques accepted in your local currency or its foreign currency equivalent from your UAE, Bahrain, or Qatar account.

    YHere are some helpful tips for cheque payments:

    • Make the cheques payable to: Zurich International Life Limited.
    • The payor should be you, the policy owner.
    • Please note that cheques are only accepted in UAE Dirham, Bahraini Dinar, and Qatari Riyals.

    For USD payments, you can make payments in your local currency using the specified conversion rates:

    1 USD = AED 3.6775 1 USD = BHD 0.3775 1 USD = QAR 3.65

     

    Please write the following information on the back of the cheque:

    • Your full name
    • Your policy number
    • Your phone number

     

    After writing this information, please send the cheque to your financial professional or directly to us.

     

     

For your single payments

 

  • Bank transfer

    Here are a few tips for single and lump-sum payments:

    • Check if bank transfer charges applied
    • Pay to: Zurich International Life Limited
    • Follow Zurich bank account details based on your country of residence
    • Include in your payment instruction:
      - your full name
      - your policy number 
    • Once done, email us a copy of the instruction including your account information. We’ll update the payment information on your policy

    Set-up time: up to seven working days once the instruction is submitted to your bank

  • Cheques

Who is authorized to make premium payments on your policy?


As the policy owner, you are the authorized payor.

However, if you are unable to make the payment, you can designate another payor by completing and submitting this form, along with proof of their identity.
